*Attempts to send back products hoping for a refund are useless, no refunds will occur unless a previous arrangement was made with customer service. The products will also not be shipped back following this attempt.*

 

Why?

These restrictions were carefully elaborated in order to protect our customers as well as our employees. Transport and exchange of products must be limited during these times, therefore our options are less flexible. We will do our best to accommodate you and keep our good customer service. On the other hand, we hope that our customers understand the situation and respect the terms cited.
